Stress has become an inherent part of our everyday lives; its long-term effects can be harmful to our health and to the quality of our work. Appropriate stress management is available for everyone, the ability to deal with stressful situations is a skill we can acquire and develop.

The lead trainers of our team are clinical psychologists with extensive experience in stress management and stress relief.

At our Stress management and burnout prevention training:

  • We will help participants acquire everyday techniques that promote a healthier, stress-free life, thereby increasing work capacity and enthusiasm.
  • Our trainers identify each participant’s stressors, the negative feelings associated with these and, with the use of specific techniques, review the possible creative solutions.
  • Participants will learn about efficient time management as well as how to build and maintain mutually supportive relationships, which are the most important protective or health-promoting factors of stress management.
