I have been working with various organisations, in addition to multinational manufacturing (Jabil, LuK Savaria) and service providing (Invitel, K&H, Generali, Renault) companies, I have gained experience also with Hungarian-owned small- and medium-sized businesses as well as non-profit organisations.

I am specialised in the development of leadership competencies, various training types (communication, conflict management, costumer experience, stress and time management, intercultural cooperation) as well as running development processes with the help of outdoor activities.

I explicitly enjoy, if the various paths leading to a solution are devised by the affected parties in a workshop focussing on an urgent problem or conflict. Besides my qualifications as a counselling psychologist, I have also acquired qualifications as a psychodrama therapist and in community crisis intervention.
