ESZTER SOMOGYI – KOGWHEEL
UNIVERSITY LECTURER, SELECTION EXPERT, TRAINER
I have 18 years of experience gained in the Hungarian and international corporate and higher education sector (e.g.: Nokia, Nokia Systems Networks, Ventiv, Cityrama, Auchan, as well as ELTE, Université Paris Descartes, University of Portsmouth).
In the business sector, I am primarily responsible for selection and organisation development projects (team building, competency trainings). In higher education, besides teaching courses in psychology, I am in charge of research projects. Currently, I’m also working on the integration of students with a (linguistically and culturally) different background.
In the field of selection, I have mainly gained experience in the recruitment of finance, marketing, HR specialists, engineers, production specialists and of pharmaceutical workforce also using my foreign language skills in English and French besides Hungarian.
My trainings focus on stress management, leadership communication and intercultural integration. I participate in the elaboration of their content as well as in their actual implementation.
I earned my PhD in cognitive psychology, and as an academic, I am a fellow of the British Higher Education Academy.
