I have been supporting the work of a number of Hungarian and international companies (among others: MOL, Tresorit, Telenor, Philips, Nokia, K&H, Erste Bank, Accor Hotels, Groupama Insurance) as a trainer and counsellor in the field of HR for more than 20 years.
My special interest lies in intercultural, leadership and competency development trainings (stress and time management, effective communication, conflict management, presentation techniques, emotional intelligence), as well as the implementation of projects related to recruitment and to internal and external selection processes (RPO, Assessment and Development Centres, leadership development, psychological tests and talent management programmes).
As a qualified diversity and equality consultant, I regularly take part in Romani integration projects carried out by non-profit organisations and in stress management and resilience programmes organised by the Red Cross.
I gathered my experience as a trainer during those more than 800 days that I spent in Hungarian and foreign-language (English, French, German) trainings as a trainer not only in Hungary but also in several metropoles, such as Madrid, Istanbul and Prague.
