At our Conflict management training

  • we will assess and improve participants’ conflict management skills.
  • participants will experience their own dominant conflict management technique with the help of questionnaires, structured experience-based exercises and role plays, then they will receive feedback about potential improvement points and learn about specific behavioural strategies.
  • our focus is particularly on the most effective techniques for aligning personal and collective goals, introducing assertiveness and its methods.
