Career management workshop

​Our career management workshop is created for those who would like to design their career steps consciously, wish to understand their motives, personality types, fields of interest and competencies in order to discover their ideal career path.

We also welcome those who already know which path to take but need help to achieve their goals: how to succeed in job interviews, and in which areas they should receive further training.

Curriculum:

– Getting to know my skills and competencies with the help of a psychologist.

– Assessment of motives

– Identification of my personality type

– Discovery the given sector of the labour market with the help of a recruitment expert

– Identification of expectations, desires and goals

– Identification of the steps and further trainings that are necessary to achieve these

– Development of interview skills, test interview

– Possible career paths within the company
